Memphis police are searching for a man they say is armed and dangerous after he reportedly kidnapped a woman from her home and raped her.
The woman told police the man broke into her home Sunday, forced her into a car and drove around for hours before returning home and raping her.
The man had a gun and hit the victim in the mouth and head, police said.
She said she was then finally able to get away and call the police.
Police are searching for Johnnie Facison. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
He is wanted for Attempt Aggravated Rape, Aggravated Assault/DV, Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Kidnapping, and Violation of Bond Conditions, police said.
