Seen several stories that indicate that a directed energy weapon was used and I now tend to believe this. If not that, then a lightning bolt (which can also cause such surges) happened (aka, George Floyd monument).
I really would like to believe that to be the story (act of God that is), but now we may never know since the powers that be decided to completely demolish what was left. Don’t condone man-made violence if indeed that happened, but have zero tears for the destruction of this anti-human monument. Good riddance I say.
