A woman is in jail upon admitting to police she assaulted a 13-year-old boy.
Brianna Marie Knight, 25, of New Caney, is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first-degree felony. Knight is being held on a $50,000 bond at the Montgomery County Jail, according to jail records.
In April, the 13-year-old boy confided to a parent that a woman, later identified as Knight, sexually assaulted him, according to a probable cause affidavit filed Dec. 16 by a Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputy.
The boy told investigators Knight in December 2019 performed the sexual act at her home. The boy alleged Knight then took him to a shed-like structure and propositioned sexual intercourse, which he declined, according to the affidavit.
The investigating officer interrogated Knight, who admitted to performing the sexual act knowing he was 13, charging documents show.
Knight was taken into custody Monday afternoon, according to jail records. As of Tuesday afternoon, court records listed no legal counsel for her.
