There is a video out a trucker made who was on the east coast. He was stranded on the highway along with about ten other trucks out of gas because the truck stops in the area ran out of diesel fuel. He had been stranded for two days until he bought 50 gallons of diesel from a local farmer. This has also been happening all over the country, be extra prepared for more shortages of everything.
