It is a problem. The powers that be say wait, wait, don’t go off, the military has this. Then we hear no, you have to act for yourself, save yourselves. Then we hear, no, if you defend yourself too violently, they will call in the UN. Then we hear we are all lazy expecting someone else to rescue us.
