Tom Brady received hugs from his children on Sunday before the Tampa Bay Buccaneers home opening game at Raymond James Stadium amid marital drama with wife Gisele Bündchen, who was noticeably not in the stands.
The 45-year-old quarterback’s mother and sister reportedly accompanied the children to the game where the Bucs ended up losing to Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers.
The Brazilian supermodel did not attend the game. Gisele not being there has started a whole new slew of rumors that are now being sut down.
According to recent reports from Page Six, there is “no accusation of cheating” and the couple have simply “grown apart.”
“There is absolutely no accusation of cheating on either side,” an inside source reportedly said. “Tom and Gisele have recently struggled to make their marriage work and have grown apart.”
It seemed the issues between them were from his decision to un-retire from football earlier this summer. More recent reports indicate that Brady’s football career has nothing to do with the issues.
“Gisele has no problem with Tom returning to football, she wants him to be happy, and wants him to play, if that is what he wants,” a family source said. “There was never an ultimatum set down for Tom to choose between football or her. Their problems are more about the distance that has been created between them over a longer period of time.”

During last week’s “Let’s Go! with Tom Brady, Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray” podcast, Brady said that during the 20-10 win against the New Orleans Saints he was not able to handle his emotions.
“I’ve gotta be really mindful of that going forward and getting my emotions in a good place so it allows me to be the best player I can be. I think there’s an importance where you can become too overly emotional, which I definitely think I was yesterday.”
Brady and Bündchen are reportedly trying to work through their problems, but are having a difficult time as they’re living separately with Bündchen in New York while Brady stays close to the team in Florida.
Brady is not putting up the numbers we have become accustomed to seeing from here. So far, he has collected 673 passing yards and three touchdowns in three games for a team averaging only 17 points per game.
His personal life might be affecting him on the field.
