Jennifer Lopez is sharing a behind-the-scenes look at a recent night out.
The singer and actress, 55, celebrated the opening night of the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, which featured performances by Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga, on Thursday, Aug. 15.
The night out — which fell on the same date as her husband Ben Affleck’s birthday — saw her laughing and chatting with Ashton Kutcher, hanging out backstage and having fun in the VIP area of the arena.
The following day, on Friday, Aug. 16, the Atlas star posted photos and videos from the night out on her Instagram Stories.
One snap showed Lopez sitting at a table as two friends posed on each side of her. She added a sticker over the image that read “About Last Night,” as she tagged Mars, 38, and included his song “24K Magic.”

The next image showed Lopez smiling as she stood with her arms raised amid the crowd at the show. This time, “Finesse,” also by Mars, played over the image.
Footage posted on X (formerly Twitter) from the night showed Lopez getting her groove on to Mars’ performance of “Marry You,” raising her arms in the air and shaking her head along to the music.

Affleck, 52, was absent from the event, though photos obtained by The Daily Mail showed that Lopez had paid a visit to her husband’s home on his birthday earlier in the day. Though he recently purchased a home in Los Angeles, the actor is still living in a rental home in Brentwood, California.
Jennifer Garner, with whom the Air actor shares children Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, also dropped by her ex-husband’s home a few hours before Lopez, according to photos obtained by Page Six.
Lopez and Affleck, who married in 2022, are experiencing tension in their marriage in recent months, having spent much of the summer apart.
Back in May, sources told PEOPLE that despite previously purchasing a Beverly Hills mansion together in May 2023, they have been living separately and their marriage “is not in the best place at the moment.”
Earlier this month, a source told PEOPLE that the couple hadn’t seen each other “in weeks.” The revelation came after Lopez recently celebrated her 55th birthday in the Hamptons in July while Affleck remained in Los Angeles.
