What happens in a SHTF scenario when the military establishes domestic “foraging” areas that are off-limits to civilians? What will happen when the military foraging areas are eventually depleted of natural resources and the military “foragers” must expand outward into civilian areas? This reminds of what I read about in a history of the Hundred Years War between England and France in the late Middle Ages.
