Most people wrongly assumed that we the people appoint representatives for the three Branches of Government to serve We the people, each of which is constrained in office by the original organic constitution!
The so-called executive branch DOES NOT make law. The so-called legislative branch is supposed to do so. Neither the executive branch (or any of its agencies), the legislative branch nor the so-called judicial branch can deny or abrogate any of the unalienable Rights of the American Body Sovereign, i.e., “We the People”.
