All they really need to do is have one of the higher ranking Admirals or Generals to make a public statement telling the public that the White Hats are real and working for the American people. Right now I have serious doubts that the White Hats even exists, much less working in our favor. Even better, Trump needs to tell us that he is the Commander in Chief, and/or still the real President.
